More Tips to Counter Stress While You Travel

It is important to take care of your energy health as much as your physical health. Keeping EMF exposure mitigated plus reduce your stress while traveling is just one area you can become overall healthier.
- Drink one glass of clean water every hour while traveling. Consider adding eight drops of crystal energy. Use a high quality water filter bottle that will filter the airplane water. Using the Food Liquid Energy Card will restore vital life force to the water and help to clear toxins.
- Consider EMF protection devices to use while you travel. EMF's can effect sleep patterns, cause headaches and zap energy.
