What are Blocked Chakras?

We, as humans, are perfectly engineered, finely tuned, energetic beings. We are energy and run on energy. If that energy is out of balance, then so are we. Our energy centers, known as Chakras, need to be working efficiently so that we are at optimum. 

Chakras are various focal points used in a variety of ancient meditation practices, collectively denominated as Tantra, or the esoteric or inner traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism. The concept of the chakra arose in the early traditions of Hinduism. Each chakra is the center of your emotional or mental state and is responsible for specific ailments or dysfunctions in the body.

Or, think about Homeostasis. In biology, homeostasis is the state of steady internal, physical, chemical, and social conditions maintained by living systems. This is the condition of optimal functioning for the organism and includes many variables, such as body temperature and fluid balance, being kept within certain pre-set limits. They spin and when they are blocked by negative emotions, they stop spinning and we can become ill.

For the purposes of this article, we are going to stay with chakras.... 

There are many ways of balancing the chakras like using crystals but by far the quickest and simplest way is with technology that moves and balances energy. Many of our products' technology spins energy so when placed on a Chakra it unblocks it by helping it to start spinning again.

Many ask how to use the Love Zen Stone, as example, to balance your chakras. 

  1. Start by laying down and place the Love Zen Stone on your heart. 
  2. Relax and meditate. 
  3. After a period of time, you may feel an amazing energy in your body. 

This energy is very subtle and many may only feel a tingling or slight change. It can take a bit of practice to find the best position of the stone and to deepen your meditation to the point of feeling. Even if you don't feel the subtle energy, the meditation and the practice are worth the effort.
