4 Zones to Proactively Upgrade Your Health

4 Zones to Proactively Upgrade Your Health

Aug 22nd 2023

Tips- some reminders, some unique - to enhance your body’s natural ability to protect itself from the harmful effects of environmental pollutants, including EMFs

Staying healthy is a constant balance but the pay offs are well worth the efforts. These 4 zones give you the personal guideline reminders of what should happen every day.

What's not addressed here but critically important?

  • Evaluate your health care providers to make sure you are seeing the best.
  • Think about your career. Is it causing health issues? Meet the financial needs of your household?
  • Have you evaluated your exposure to electromagnetic waves (EMFs)? It is impossible to completely protect yourself but mitigating EMFs and adding protection products is a proactive way to reduce some common complaints from lack of sleep, headaches and dental issues. (Shop EMF protection products.)

Here are 4 easy zones to remember to proactively upgrade your health every day:

Food

  • Maintain an optimal diet and holistic health program.
  • Eat organically grown foods and locally grown foods. Was your fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Avoid processed foods, fast foods (sorry, this includes Starbucks) and junk foods.
  • Eat whole, natural foods, free of hormones, radiation and other contaminants.
  • Make sure you get local, unpasteurized honey. Bee pollen, when available, is an excellent immunity boost.
  • Try changing to raw foods as much as possible. Cooking can take out many of the nutrients and raw foods are good for digestion.
  • Change to 6 small meals a day.
  • Take your time. Chew your food thoroughly to liquefy it, thereby aiding digestion, metabolism and elimination.
  • Bless your food - a common practice among traditional societies.
  • Be grateful and positive when you eat … your immune system will function better.

Water

  • Drink high-quality bottled water or efficiently filtered water.
  • Don’t drink tap water which may contain up to 500 different toxic chemicals. Many municipalities offer free water testing or check your local water provider's website.
  • Drink the recommended amount of water for you and your environment. Soda, coffee and tea do not count as liquid replacements.
  • Filter the water in your kitchen for drinking and washing vegetables and fruits.

Personal Environment

  • Decrease the use of toxic chemicals in your home, work and recreational environments.
  • Create a restful sleeping environment.
    • Evaluate and replace bedding, pillows and linens.
    • Add peaceful noise.
    • Remove all electronics.
  • Add a meditation, peaceful area free from all electronics.
  • Protect yourself and your environments from electromagnetic stress at home and work. (See product options.)
    • Check that your bed isn't against the wall where the electrical box is to your home.
    • Unplug electronics and appliances when not in use (reduces electric bill too.)
    • Consider not using your microwave - ever. It kills the nutrients in your foods and emits EMF's.
    • Have a manual alarm clock. Or move your phone out of the bedroom but in hearing distance.
    • Don't work with your laptop in your lap.
    • Use the speaker phone, when appropriate.

Body

  • Try to breathe fresh air regularly.
  • Take vacations in areas with fresh air and wholesome foods.
  • Try a full body 3, 5 or 7 day cleansing detox. Read more here.
  • Enjoy frequent, aerobic exercise.
  • Add a meditation routine. This includes yoga and Tai Chi.
  • Take the stairs.
